This 7 days Gorilla, Chimps & Wildlife Safari takes you to Uganda’s premium national parks. You will visit Kibale National park the primate capital of the world known for its Chimps. Then after visit Bwindi impenetrable forest home to the mountain gorillas and pygmies as well as Queen Elizabeth National Park. Queen is famous for the tree- climbing lions, elephants, buffalos, and the Kazinga Channel. The Kazinga is a water body that connects two lakes (Edward and George) which gives you a memorable opportunity to do a boat cruise.

Day 1: Entebbe to Kibale Forest

Our Guide will pick you from Entebbe or Kampala and give you a welcome briefing on what to expect while on this Wildlife Safari. He will later assist you at lifting your entire luggage to the vehicle and later you will embark on an exciting scenic ride to the western side of the country with a stopover at the Uganda Equator for a photo experience before we drive to Mbarara stopping at Igongo cultural center for a hot lunch before we drive directly to Kibale Forest National park. Late evening arrival, have Dinner and Overnight at Kibale Forest Cottages / Isunga Safari lodge. Meal Plan B.L.D

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale National Park

Earl morning breakfast, join the rangers at the briefing point and enter the forest for your chimpanzee tracking adventure. While on this forest trek, you will see several bird and animal species before meeting the primates. Spend one hour with the Chimpanzees taking photos and watching them play before we return from the forest in time for lunch at the lodge. Later in the evening prepare for a guided nature and community walk to Bigodi swamp. While on this nature walk you will see lots of bird species, monkeys, baboons and meet the amazing people of this area.  Return to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight at Kibale Forest Cottages / Isunga Safari lodge Meal Plan B.L.D

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park 

Today after breakfast, our wildlife tour continues to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy views of several crater lakes and the mystical Rwenzori Mountain ranges. Arrival at your lodge, have lunch and later prepare for a guided nature – community walk to twin crater lakes. Return to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight at Twin Lakes Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Extended Game Drive and Boat cruise

Have morning breakfast and embark on an early morning game drive with an informative ranger guide who will help you search and point out wild animals as he/she leads you to the various habitats of the game. While in the northern section of Kasenyi expect to sight herds of Kobs, impalas, bush bucks, Lions, elephants, herds of buffaloes among others. Have lunch and later enjoy a boat cruise experience along the Kazinga channel where you will see lots of hippos, crocodiles, herds of elephants and many bird species. After 2 hours of boat drive we return to the lodge for dinner and Overnight at Twin Lakes Safari lodge. Meal Plan B.L.D

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi forest

Have morning breakfast and we drive to Bwindi making stopover en route for lunch and later we arrive in the evening at the lodge. Check in and relax at the lodge for an adventurous gorilla trekking activity in the morning. Dinner and Overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Lodge. B.L.D

Day 6: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi forest park

Attend briefing by the Ranger guide at 7:30 am and your lodge will give you packed lunch, water and a walking stick! Follow the Ranger guide into the forest sanctuary for your gorilla trekking experience.  When you meet the gorillas, you are allowed to spend one hour with them, take pictures and return to the lodge. In the evening, you will go for Pygmies – Batwa cultural tour. Dinner and Overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Lodge. B.L.D

Day 7: Visit the children project & Transfer back to Kampala/ Entebbe

Have morning breakfast, checkout of lodge and we drive back to Entebbe passing through Mbarara with a stopover at Nyabuhama children’s school a project supported by the company before we proceed to the Equator for lunch, souvenir shopping and later we transfer to the airport in time for your flight back home. Exchange of hugs and bye after a memorable safari
